    摘要:

    针对航天典型阀门壳体类零件进行研究,建立MBD制造模型信息的表达公式。通过视图、剖视图、特征、过滤器、工艺设计表等方法相结合,对某阀门壳体零件三维制造模型的设计信息和制造信息进行综合表达,提出一种利用UG数控加工仿真建立MBD工序模型的方法。阀门壳体类零件MBD工序模型的建立过程表明:该方法在保证工序模型正确的基础上,将MBD工序模型的创建效率提高了7106%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the typical valve shell parts of spaceflight,the expression formula of MBD manufacturing model information was established.The design information and manufacturing information of the three dimensional manufacturing model of the valve shell part were synthetically expressed by the combination of view,section view,feature,filter and process design table.A method to establish MBD process model by UG NC machining simulation was presented.The process of establishing MBD process model of valve shell parts shows that using the method,the efficiency of MBD process model is improved by 7106% on the basis of ensuring the correctness of the process model.
