    摘要:

    针对2016年度“高档数控机床与基础制造装备”科技重大专项研究内容,通过自主创新的途径,开展自动变速器箱体加工用组合机床的研究。重点攻克机床的总体结构设计、高速高精数控工艺技术及自动化加工数控程序、高速切削热传递及温度场控制、高速切削刀具等关键技术难题,开发一种自动变速器箱体加工用高速高精数控组合机床,为箱体零件的切削加工提供了快速生产手段,使加工效率大幅提升。运用绿色节能设计理念,采取基于摄像头、加速度计检测技术的机床传动节能装置和智能化的能源管理系统以及最新的驱动和电机技术,可减少多达40%的能源消耗。

    Abstract:

    For the 2016 annual “High-grade CNC Machine Tools and Basic Manufacturing Equipment” science and technology major projects research content,through the way of independent innovation,combined machine tool for the processing of automatic transmission box was researched,focusing on the capture of the overall structure of the machine tool design,high speed and high precision numerical control process technology and automatic process control program,high speed cutting heat transfer and temperature field control,high speed cutting tools and other key technical problems.The development of high precision high speed CNC modular machine tool for processing automatic transmission box,provides a means for the rapid production of cutting of box parts,the machining efficiency is greatly improved.The usage of green energysaving design concept,machine tool transmission energy saving device based on camera,accelerometer detection technology,intelligent energy management system as well as the latest drive and motor technology,can reduce energy consumption up to 40%.
