    摘要:

    以YC60-7液压挖掘机为研究对象,其反铲工作装置是一个开链的四杆机构,采用SolidWorks软件建立该挖掘机工作装置的三维实体模型,应用向量法建立挖掘机工作装置的动力学模型,并运用RecurDyn进行动力学仿真,获得挖掘机的工作包络图和相关工作参数,并对主要铰接点进行受力分析。分析结果表明:工作装置的最大挖掘高度、挖掘半径、卸载高度和厂家提供的数据误差在035%左右。通过仿真分析,为挖掘机工作装置的优化设计提供了依据。

    Abstract:

    Taking YC60-7 type excavator as the research object which backhoe working device was a opened-chain four-bar mechanism,SolidWorks software was adopted to create its three-dimensional physical model.Vector method was used to establish a dynamic model of the excavator working device and dynamic simulation was done with RecurDyn.The excavator work envelope diagram and working parameter were obtained,and the stress analysis to main articulated point was carried on.The analysis results show that the biggest mining height,excavation radius,unloading height of the work device have error in 035% compared to data provided by manufacturers.It provides basis for the optimization design of excavator working device.
