    摘要:

    针对航空地面液压保障装备模拟训练和检测需求,设计一种基于可编程控制器的液压负载试验台,根据其液压系统和电气控制系统的要求,编写梯形图实现对航空地面液压保障装备的液压系统进行密封试验和持续工作时间试验。试验结果表明:该负载试验台工作可靠,满足使用要求。

    Abstract:

    Because there was no oil pump vehicle load to simulate the aircraft hydraulic system to train flight service,and work performance of oil pump vehicle itself was also difficult to detect,a hydraulic laden experiment table based programmable logic controller was designed.According to the requirements of hydraulic system and electric control system of hydraulic laden experiment table,seal experiment and last work time experiment of hydraulic system of oil pump vehicle could be carried out by ladder programming.It is indicated that this system has reliable operation by the test results,thus the requirement is satisfied.
