    摘要:

    推进系统是盾构机的关键系统之一。阐述了盾构机常用的比例减压阀和比例调速阀两种控制方式的推进液压系统。在负载变化时,推进油缸能否保持稳定的推进速度,是保证开挖面稳定、防止开挖面破坏的关键。采用AMESim仿真软件,对比例减压阀和比例调速阀两种控制方式的推进液压系统分别建模和仿真。仿真结果显示:比例调速阀控制较比例减压阀控制的推进速度刚度大,更稳定。达到了指导盾构机推进液压系统设计的目的。

    Abstract:

    Thrust system is one of the key systems of shield machine.The commonlyused two kinds of control mode of shield machine thrust hydraulic system,including proportional pressure reducing valve control and proportional speed control valve control,were expounded.When the load changes,the thrust cylinder’s stable speed is the key to guarantee the excavation face stability,and to prevent damage to excavation face.AMESim simulation software was used to simulate the two kinds of control mode of thrust hydraulic system.The results reveal that the proportional speed control valve system is more stable and has enough rigidity compared with the proportional pressure control valve system.The purpose of guiding the design of hydraulic system of shield machine is achieved.
