    摘要:

    静压导轨是超精密五轴机床的核心零部件,导轨运动的直线度误差会直接反映在加工零件上,影响产品的互换性和产品精度。直线度是机床精度的重要指标之一,在导轨安装过程中要对导轨的直线度进行测量,因此直线度误差分析及算法研究非常重要。利用MATLAB对采集的离散数据进行可视化分析,既保证了运算的正确性,又提供了非常直观的导轨形貌观察图形。

    Abstract:

    Hydrostatic guideway is the core of five-axis ultra-precision machine tool.Straightness error of the guideway will be directly reflected in the processing of parts,impacting product interchangeability and product accuracy.Straightness is an important indicator of the accuracy of the machine.In the guideways installation process,the straightness of the guideway must be measured.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the straightness error and to research the algorithm.Visual analysis of the collected discrete data by MATLAB can not only guarantee the correctness of the operation but also provide a very intuitive observation of the shape of the guideway.
