    摘要:

    双绞刀绞吸式挖泥船在工作效率上有了明显的提高,但存在耗能较大的问题。为此,提出了一种基于差速器的绞吸船绞刀动力分配系统,该套系统由单片机、差速器、电子制动器、传感器等组成,整套系统只需人为设定挡位,其余部分全部由单片机控制。通过计算验证了该套系统能在保证工作效率的前提下达到节约能源的效果。

    Abstract:

    It is known that double reamer cutter-suction dredger has obvious increase in working efficiency, but the energy consumption is too large. Therefore, a kind of reamer cutter-suction dredger’s cutter power distribution system is put forward. The system was consisted of Microcontroller Unit (MCU), differential mechanism, electronic brake, sensors, and etc. Gear by the system only was needed to set manually, while all other were controlled by MCU. Through calculation, verified that the system can really achieve the result of energy saving on the premise of guarantee working efficiency.
