    摘要:

    对轴承振动信号的分析与检测可以判断滚动轴承是否存在缺陷。然而目前国内大多数的轴承生产厂家对滚动轴承的故障诊断检测是通过速度型测振仪测量,然后根据经验(人的听力和观察仪表示值)去判断的,这无疑在效率上和准确性方面存在一定的缺陷。针对国内对轴承振动检测方法研究方面的不足,设计了一套全自动的轴承振动检测系统。从硬件设计、软件设计、控制系统3个方面进行介绍,并通过实验验证其效果良好,满足工业现场的要求。

    Abstract:

    The analysis and detection for signals of bearing vibration could judge whether rolling bearing has defects or not. However, most of the domestic bearing manufacturers still rely on speed bearing vibration measuring instrument and experience (the human hearing and display of observer) to realize the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing, which undoubtedly makes a low detection on the efficiency and accuracy. Aiming at the shortcomings of study of the domestic test method on bearing vibration, a full-automatic test system of bearing vibration is designed. The test system was introduced in three aspects: hardware design, software design and control system. Experimental verification shows that the system works efficiently and satisfies the requirements of industrial field.
