    设计了一种新型液压缓冲器,基于MATLAB仿真得出了多孔式液压缓冲器的阻尼孔总面积随位移的变化曲线,给出了等间距、不同孔径阻尼孔排布的设计方案;基于AMESim对该缓冲器的工作过程进行了仿真分析,得出该液压缓冲器内腔压力变化曲线、运动体速度变化曲线和运动体位移变化曲线,通过对固定阻尼式和渐变阻尼式缓冲器内腔压力的对比研究,评价了上述两种方式对缓冲特性的影响,为缓冲器的详细设计提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    A new type of hydraulic buffer is designed. Based on MATLAB simulation, the change curve which describes relationship between the total area of the damping porous hydraulic buffer and displacement was obtained, and the design scheme was given which adopts equal aperture and distribution of different damping pore size orifice. The working process was simulated by means of AMESim. The curve of pressure variation, the velocity curve of moving body and the displacement curve of moving body of the hydraulic shock absorber were obtained. By comparing and studying the pressure between the fixed damping type and the gradient damping type, the influence on the buffer characteristics the above two methods is evaluated, which provides the theoretical basis for the detailed design of the buffer.
