    摘要:

    连铸机铸坯质量的好坏与结晶器振动系统的工作性能关系密切,应用ADAMS建立了结晶器振动系统刚柔耦合机械模型,并在MATLAB中根据机械电气液压的关系,搭建了控制框图,利用软件之间的接口建立了结晶器振动系统协同仿真模型,并对正弦和非正弦信号下的结晶器动态响应进行了分析,该方法可以为冶金机电液设备的设计与优化提供理论指导。根据现场测试的数据,对振动系统刚柔耦合机械模型进行了验证,结果表明所建立的模型是正确的。

    Abstract:

    The quality of continuous casting machine has a close relationship with the working performance of the mould vibration system. ADAMS is used to establish the mould vibration mechanical model of rigid-flexible coupling system. The control block diagram was set up according to the mechanical and electrical hydraulic relations in MATLAB. The co-simulation model of mould vibration system was established by the interface between the software. The dynamic response of mould under sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal signals was analyzed. This method could provide theoretical guidance for the design and optimization of metallurgical hydraulic mechanical and electrical equipment. According to the field testing data, vibration system of rigidflexible coupling mechanical model is verified, which results show that the model is correct.
