    摘要:

    可靠性快速试验是研究车床动力卡盘夹紧可靠性的实用方法,动力卡盘的可靠性主要受夹紧扭矩的影响。采用电液比例溢流阀控制加载泵输出压力来控制施加到动力卡盘上的扭矩,建立了扭矩加载系统的数学模型,并利用MATLAB软件对电液比例加载系统进行了仿真分析。仿真结果表明:系统传递函数能有效地表征加载系统输入电压与输出扭矩的关系,系统动态性能满足快速可靠性试验要求。

    Abstract:

    Reliability rapid test is the practical method to study the clamping reliability of the lathe’s power chuck, the reliability of the power chuck is mainly affected by clamping torque. The electro-hydraulic proportional relief valve was used to control the loading pump which can output pressure to control the torque that applied to the power chuck. The mathematical model of torque loading system was established. Simulation analysis was carried out on the electro-hydraulic proportional loading system with the MATLAB software. Simulation results show that the system transfer function can effectively characterize on the relationship of input voltage and output torque of the loading system. System dynamic performance can also satisfy the requirement of the rapid reliability test.
