A new energy recovery system of hydraulic pump test bench was proposed in this paper. One of the disadvantage for the electrical power recovery hydraulic pump test bench is that the recovered voltage is not stable. In order to solve this problem, the energy storage cell was adopted in this paper to transfer the electrical energy, which is called as recyclestorefeedback. The numerical model was established and the simulation analysis was conducted for this system. The hydraulic test bench system can transfer the load energy to electrical power and recover it. And it could meet the load demand that the test bench requires. The recovered power can be fed back to the system through the hybrid energy system which can save energy.
