In this paper, the finite element analysis software was used to analyze the contact stress of a high-pressure oil pump cam roller mechanism, and the contact stress distribution of cam and roller is obtained. Through the co-simulation with fatigue analysis software and finite element analysis software, the life of the mechanism could be estimated. The results show that the life of the structure can meet the industrial requirements.
