Optimization design for throttle rod of hydraulic bumper was carried out.An optimization model for throttle rod of hydraulic bumper was established.Taking the throttle rod dimension parameters as design variables and the average deceleration and maximum buffer stroke of buffering process as the objective functions,the linear combination method was used to frame multi objective evaluation function,multi island genetic algorithm was used to seek optimal design for the size of the throttle rod.The optimization results show that the optimized throttle rod has better buffer performance.It provides a feasible scheme and reference for improving design of the hydraulic bumper.
