    摘要:

    针对影响机床实现精确热误差补偿的温测点优化问题,提出了结合模糊聚类理论和灰色关联理论的测点优化分析方法。针对测点样本的模糊性,应用模糊聚类分析可以实现测点的有序分类;针对测点样本的灰色性,应用灰色关联分析可以实现测点的最优选择。将上述理论应用于实验室自主研制的非球面的研磨抛光机(AGPM),经温测点实时测量与优化分析,最终实现了测点的优化选择,并为后续AGPM热误差补偿的实现奠定了坚实的理论基础。

    Abstract:

    Contraposed influence the machine tool to realize precise thermal error compensation of temperature measuring point optimization problem, put forward combining the theory of fuzzy clustering and grey relevance theory of the optimal sensor analysis method. In view of the measuring point sample fuzziness, the fuzzy cluster analysis was applied which can realize orderly classification of measuring point. In view of the sample point grey, the grey correlation analysis was applied which can realize the optimum measuring point selection. These theories were applied to laboratory self-developed Aspherical Grinding Polish Machine (AGPM). Through the real-time temperature measuring point measurement and optimization analysis, finally the optimal selection of measuring point is achieved, and laid a solid theoretical basis for subsequent implementation of AGPM thermal error compensation.
