    摘要:

    针对L型液压活塞式CNG子站压缩机在往复压缩天然气过程中,液压系统存在着换向冲击、噪声值大(90~106 dB(A))以及换向不稳定等现象,通过建模仿真与模拟样机试验相结合的方法,得到该液压系统的动态性能参数,对影响其动态性能的特性参数进行深入的研究,提出该液压系统的优化改进措施,完成了改进后液压系统的设计与研制,并对改进后的样机进行相关的试验与动态测试。结果表明:改进后的L型液压活塞式压缩机液压系统的换向冲击显著减弱、工作噪声不高于90 dB、系统油温升不高于55 ℃,整机的工作性能得到较大提升。

    Abstract:

    n response to problems such as direction-reversing impact, big noises (90~106 dB(A)) and unstable direction reversion in the hydraulic system during the reciprocating compression of natural gas with L-type hydraulic piston CNG secondary refueling station compressors,the dynamic performance parameters of the hydraulic system were obtained through the combination of modeling simulation and prototype testing.Deep research was conducted regarding characteristic parameters affecting the system’s dynamic performance.Optimization and improvement measures for the hydraulic system were advanced.The design and development of the improved hydraulic system were finished and then relevant experiments were carried out as well as dynamic testing to the improved prototype.The results show: the improved hydraulic system of L-typed hydraulic piston compressors has obviously weakened direction-reversing impact, with work noises of not higher than 90 dB and oil temperature increase of not higher than 55 ℃, and the work performance of whole machines has been improved.
