Abstract:The overall design of the control system of gear measuring center based on PMAC was proposed.Taking PMAC as the core control unit,high-performance drive as a four-axis servo drive mechanism,high-precision grating as a position detection mechanism,the acquisition card as a data acquisition system,using the controller analog output form,a full-closed-loop control system was constituted.The control systems of the position loop and speed loop of motion controller and driver were analyzed.The principle of PID-feedforward-filter servo control adopted by the controller was studied,and its advantages were analyzed.The software design of the center and the docking of hardware and software were completed.Finally,the left tooth profile data of the gear model were compared.The results show that the control system meets the measurement requirements.
