    摘要:

    针对电液比例控制系统控制灵活、可靠性高等特点,设计一个液压试验台验证比例控制系统的可行性。利用工控机和PLC组合的控制方式,在人机界面友好的前提下实现了数据高速采集、分析与处理功能,采用高速数据采集卡保证了测试的准确性和精度;软件采用结构化设计,使试验台具有很好的可扩展性;被试元件采用快速插接安装,可以方便迅速地实现液压元件的测试。

    Abstract:

    In view of the characteristic of flexible control and high reliability of electro-hydraulic proportional control system,a hydraulic test bench was designed to verify the feasibility of the proportional control system.Based on industrial PC and PLC control method,on the premise of friendly man-machine interface,the high speed data acquisition,analysis and processing functions were realized,and high-speed data acquisition card was used to ensure the accuracy and precision of the test.The structured design was used to design the software,making the test bench have great scalability.Participants components were mounted with fast splice,so hydraulic components test could be realized fast and conveniently.
