    下金刚石绳锯机是一种柔性切割工具,其安全、环保,近年来发展非常迅速。绳锯机切割过程中的振动不仅会影响切割效率,而且会降低其使用寿命,进而会影响水下作业施工。文中简要介绍了绳锯机构成,分析了其切割系统的动力学特性,建立了动力学方程,求解方程从而获得以串珠绳锯张力变化描述的纵向振动特性。并进一步分析了串珠绳横向振动特性,结合绳锯机切割系统的实际参数,进行了仿真及试验研究。结果表明:纵向和横向振动会发生一定的耦合,当实际切割频率接近系统的共振频率时,串珠绳锯会发生较大的振动,引发一系列不良的后果,必须通过调节参数,避免这种现象的发生。

    Abstract:

    Underwater diamond wire saw is a flexible cutting tool that is safety and environmental protection, and has developed very rapidly in recent years. But the vibration in the cutting process of wire saw machine will not only affect the cutting efficiency, and will reduce its service life, which will affect the underwater construction. The wire saw machine was briefly described, and the dynamic characteristics of the cutting system were analyzed. By establishing and solving the kinetic equation, the tension change of beaded wire saw was described by longitudinal vibration characteristics. The lateral vibration characteristics of the beaded rope were further analyzed and were combined with the actual parameters of the wire saw cutting system. Then the simulation and experimental study were carried out. The results show that longitudinal and lateral vibrations occur with a certain coupling, when actual cutting frequency is close to the resonant frequency of the system, and beaded wire rope saw will be a greater vibration, which will lead to a series of adverse consequences, and must adjust the parameters to avoid this phenomenon.
