    摘要:

    用粒子计数法来评定车用滤清器的过滤效率和纳污容量已经逐渐被滤清器行业所接受,它也开始慢慢取代传统的计重法。然而在用颗粒计数法做测试时会出现当油液中的颗粒浓度增加到一定程度后,就会超过颗粒计数器的测量重复精度。这会使得颗粒计数器读数不准,从而影响滤清器计数效率的计算。在研究国内外用粒子计数法来评定滤清器效率的检测标准基础上,研发一套在线稀释系统。该在线稀释系统用于现有的滤清器多次通过试验台上。该系统可以按照一定的稀释比例,准确地按照设定比值来稀释油液。设计稀释系统稀释比为1∶2、1∶4和1∶9这3个级别。它可以满足现有滤清器过滤效率的试验要求,并能通过GB/T 215402008的验证。

    Abstract:

    Using particle counting method to assess automotive filter filtration efficiency and retained capacity has been gradually accepted by filter industry, particle counting method is also beginning to gradually replace traditional weight method.But when the oil particles concentration increases to a certain degree, it will exceed the particle counter measurement repeatability when the particle counting method is used in testing.This will make the particle counter readings inaccurate, which affects the calculating value of filter filtration efficiency.Based on researching the test standards in which particle counting method was used to assess the efficiency of the filter at home and abroad, a set of online dilution system was developed .The on-line dilution system was used on the existing filter multi-pass test bench.The system could be used to accurate dilute oil according to the set ratio.Three levels dilution ratio, which were 1∶2, 1∶4 and 1∶9,were designed in the dilution system.It can satisfy the test of the existing filter filtration efficiency, and can pass the validation of the GB/T 21540-2008.
