    摘要:

    异形十字连接件为嵌装玻璃的框架式连接件,因其结构原因,加工时装夹找正困难。分析零件的结构及加工工艺难点,提出在工件以任一角度装夹时利用光电感应式寻边器触碰异形连接件的对刀位置点,结合数控宏程序和数控机床程序运行时的“单段”功能来找正工件中心。试验结果证明,这种方法很好地解决了找正操作的工艺难题。

    Abstract:

    The specialshaped cross connecting piece can be assembled to be a kind of frame type connector used to inlaid glass.Because of its structure,this connecting piece is difficult in clamping and alignment during processing.The structure and the processing difficulty were analyzed.The method that the photoelectric edge detector was used to touch the tool setting points of the specialshaped cross connecting piece which was clamped in any angle,then NC macro program and the program operation “singlesegment” function of NC machine were combined to ensure the workpiece center was proposed.The experiments prove that this method can be used to solve the alignment operation problem properly and effectively.
