    摘要:

    针对现存数控机床配套卡盘普遍存在的由于基础理论研究相对匮乏导致的设计不合理现象,首先介绍液压动力卡盘工作平台的结构及特点,建立液压动力卡盘的静力学计算模型;根据转动时离心力会导致静态夹紧力损失的现象,建立液压动力卡盘动态夹紧力模型;并在验证液压动力卡盘静态和动态模型的基础上,分析参数中摩擦因子对装夹精度的影响。这为液压动力卡盘的设计提供了理论基础,具有较好的应用价值。

    Abstract:

    In order to analysis and improve the unreasonable phenomenon that the design of hydraulic poweroperated chunk was unreasonable because of lack in basic theoretical, the structure and characteristics of the hydraulic poweroperated chuck were introduced. Then, the static calculation model of the hydraulic poweroperated chuck was established. According to the clamp force loss phenomenon was leaded by centrifugal force when working of hydraulic poweroperated chuck, the dynamic calculation model of the hydraulic poweroperated chuck was established.Through comparing the analysis data and actual working condition, it can be demonstrated the effectiveness of the established model.At the same time, the influence of friction factor on the clamping accuracy was analyzed. It provides theoretical basis for the design of hydraulic poweroperated chuck, which has a good application prospect.
