    摘要:

    针对工程中卡箍连接器存在的泄漏问题,建立计算模型,推导油缸拉力计算公式;通过对底座与毂之间O形密封圈进行非线性有限元分析,研究其密封性能,获得最大接触应力与底座反作用力,并改进卡箍连接器油缸拉力计算公式;通过卡箍连接器有限元静态分析,研究危险部位应力以及整个卡箍的应力分布规律,并就危险区域进行改进,为卡箍连接器的合理设计提供了理论依据和改进建议。

    Abstract:

    To deal with the leakage problems of clamp connector,a calculation model was established and the formula of the pulling force of the cylinder was derived.The nonlinear finite element method was used to calculate the contact stress distribution disciplinarian and the base counterforce of O-ring between the base and the hub,to study the sealing performance and to improve the formula of the pulling force of the cylinder.By using finite element analysis to clamp connector,the von Mises regularities of distribution was obtained which indicated the frail parts of the clamp,and these frail parts had been improved.These works give some suggestions for design and intensity analysis of the clamp connections.
