Abstract:In order to meet the scientific test requirements of large dip angle hydraulic support,to solve the problem of rotating test technology in the test of large dip angle hydraulic support,the rotation scheme of slewing hydraulic support test device was determined,3D design was applied to design the main structure of the rotating mechanism in detail.With the solved key technology of dual rotary drive,double stage balance and double stage breaking,the virtual prototype was formed,which provided theoretical basis for the trial production of the rotary mechanism.
