    摘要:

    针对重载深井工况提升钢丝绳更换时所存在的安全性问题,基于“管线成型”机制提出了一种提升钢丝绳链式连续更换装置,建立了装置的三维实体模型,并进行了动力学仿真分析。仿真结果表明:提升钢丝绳更换时,提升钢丝绳振动幅度与换绳速度成正比,而与链节距不变时的链轮齿数成反比。但锁绳机构的设置一定程度上降低了链式传动多边形效应的影响,不同运行工况下换绳装置均运行平稳且冲击小。最后根据仿真结论制作样机并进行了试验研究,试验结果和仿真结果一致,验证了该换绳装置在不同载荷工况下均能达到运行冲击小、效率高、安全性高的效果。

    Abstract:

    In view of the existing safety problems that occurred during the lifting rope to replace for the working condition of overloading deep well, a kind of lifting rope chain continuous replacement device is put forward based on the mechanism of “Pipe forming”. The device of the threedimensional (3D) entity model was established and its dynamic simulation analysis was carried out. The simulation results show that at lifting rope replacement, the lifting cable vibration amplitude is proportional to the change of line speed, and when the chain pitch unchanged the sprocket is inversely proportional to the number of teeth. But the lock rope agency is set up to a certain extent reduce the effects of the chain polygon effect, and replace the rope device under different operation condition are stable in operation and small impact. According to the simulation conclusion making prototype and experimental study, the test results and simulation results are consistent, which verifies the rope replacement device can always be achieved under different load conditions run impact the effect of small, high efficiency and high safety.
