    摘要:

    为了适应现代化快速生产的需求和提高光伏玻璃基片分拣的效率,针对传统分拣设备自动化程度低、成本高及规划路径复杂等不足,设计了一种自动化程度较高且动作简单的光伏电池基片分拣线,对分拣线的翻转机构进行了优化设计;选用三菱PLC作为控制器,通过三菱PLC的基本模块和特殊模块控制变频器、电磁阀和伺服系统等;并根据控制要求设计了电路图。光伏玻璃分拣设备在生产实践中取得了良好的控制效果,提高了光伏玻璃分拣效率,达到了企业的生产要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to adapt the need of modern quick production, to improve the sorting efficiency of the photovoltaic (PV) glass substrate, and aiming to the sorting of the low automation degree and the high cost, a highly automated lines substrate sorting for PV cell the turnover mechanism of the line is optimally designed. Mitsubishi Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) was selected as the controller. The frequency converter, electromagnetic valve and servo system are controled by the basic module and special module of the PLC,and the circuit diagram was designed according to the control requirement. The PV glass sorting equipment has achieved good control effect in the production practice, improved the efficiency of the PV glass sorting, to meet the production requirements of enterprises.
