Abstract:In order to adapt the need of modern quick production, to improve the sorting efficiency of the photovoltaic (PV) glass substrate, and aiming to the sorting of the low automation degree and the high cost, a highly automated lines substrate sorting for PV cell the turnover mechanism of the line is optimally designed. Mitsubishi Programmable Logical Controller (PLC) was selected as the controller. The frequency converter, electromagnetic valve and servo system are controled by the basic module and special module of the PLC,and the circuit diagram was designed according to the control requirement. The PV glass sorting equipment has achieved good control effect in the production practice, improved the efficiency of the PV glass sorting, to meet the production requirements of enterprises.
