    摘要:

    为了获取电梯用液压缓冲器复位弹簧刚度、缓冲质量、下落速度对缓冲特性的影响规律,应用质量守恒方程和能量守恒方程建立了缓冲器液压阻力数学模型,采用数值分析的方法对不同复位弹簧刚度、不同缓冲质量、不同下落速度工况下的缓冲特性进行了分析。结果表明: 复位弹簧刚度对缓冲性能有一定影响但优化的空间并不大;在重载工况下,该液压缓冲器满足性能要求,在轻载工况下,缓冲行程较短但缓冲减速度较大;随着下落速度的增大,缓冲过程平均减速度、最大减速度、缓冲行程均随之增大。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the influence law of the spring stiffness of the elevator hydraulic buffer, the buffer mass and the falling speed of the hydraulic buffer on the cushioning characteristics, the buffer hydraulic resistance mathematic model is established with mass conservation equation and energy conservation equation. The cushion characteristics under conditions of different reset spring stiffness, different buffer quality, different falling speed were analyzed with the method of numerical analysis. The results show that the reset spring stiffness has certain effect on the cushion characteristics but the optimization space is small; the hydraulic bumper can meet the performance requirements under heavy load condition and buffer stroke is shorter but buffer deceleration is larger under light load condition; in the buffering process average deceleration, maximum deceleration, buffer stroke increased with falling speed increasing.
