    摘要:

    将许用挠度看作模糊变量,将载荷、材料参数、几何尺寸等不确定因素视为随机变量,提出了考虑模糊失效准则的机床主轴刚度靠性分析模型。给出了机床主轴模糊失效的几何意义,推导了其隶属度函数。利用GaussHermite积分,建立了机床主轴模糊可靠性的数值计算方法。数值算例表明,该方法不仅有效地减少了计算量,精度高,而且与实际情况更接近,计算结果更为保守。

    Abstract:

    Taking the allowable displacement as the fuzzy variable and regarding the uncertainties such as loads, material parameters and structural size which affect the displacement of the machine tool spindle as random variables, a reliability analysis model on the stiffness of machine tool spindle under considering of fuzzy failure criterion is presented. The geometric meaning of the fuzzy failure criterion was defined, and the expression of membership function for the fuzzy failure was derived. Based on Gauss-Hermite integration, a numerical algorithm for the fuzzy reliability of the machine tool spindle was developed. Numerical result shows that the proposed method not only can reduce the computational complexity and increase efficiency, but also is consistent with the common sense and more conservative.
