Abstract:Taking the industrial robot application platform (IRAP) as background, study with the application development of Mitsubishi Electric Six Degrees of Freedom (6-DOF) robot RV2FL is executed. The information between robot control cell and other control cells in the platform was focused in analysis, including the interface, signal address and direction of the robot control system, Q serial programmable logical controller (PLC) system, and servo drive system. The aim is focused on the application development of the robot, which provides important reference for the industrial robot system integration engineers.
