    摘要:

    液力缓速器体积小、安装方便,在车辆中的使用越来越广泛。针对AT500自动变速箱内部集成的液力缓速器,对其制动力控制阀进行优化设计。采用流体仿真软件Flow Simulation,对控制阀内部流场进行仿真,通过改变阀芯台肩处的过渡结构,显著减小控制阀阀芯移动时产生的液动力,使得阀芯在一定先导控制压力下,能够稳定停止在任意过渡位置,为制动力的精确控制提供了条件。

    Abstract:

    The advantages of small volume and convenient installation,the hydraulic retarders are used more and more widely in the vehicle. Aiming at the integrated hydraulic retarder of the AT500 automatic transmission, its braking force control valve was optimized .The internal flow field of control valve was simulated by using fluid simulation software Flow Simulation . By changing the transition structure of spool shoulder, the hydrodynamic force generatd when control valve spool moves was reduced significantly.The spool could be stably stopped at any transition position under pilot control pressure, which provided the conditions for precise control of braking force.
