A measuring device for AC and DC weak magnetic field signals based on magnetoresistive sensors was developed. The design principles of the software and hardware for the measuring device were introduced. A microprocessor STM32F407 with ARM 32-bit CortexTM-M4 CPU was applied for data processing and preservation of the sampling signals from the sensor in the system which showed good capability of floatingpoint operation. Fourier transform was applied to analyze the frequency spectrum of the magnetic field signals for frequency calculation. The least square method was applied to fit the experimental data, and the conversion formulas of magnetic field intensity with good linearity were obtained. The designed measuring device was proved to be accurate and stable by the calibration experiments of AC and DC magnetic field. It can be used to effectively monitor the ambient magnetic field intensity.
