    摘要:

    针对煤矿井下驾驶使用的WC5J防爆柴油机无轨胶轮车运行过程中出现的制动系统缺陷问题进行分析,主要问题是制动反应时间长,制动延后时间05~1 s。当需要紧急制动时,车辆不能马上减速,存在安全隐患。同时存在驾驶员腿部制动力感应与踏板角度不呈比例问题。通过对液压制动系统原理进行分析和改进,经过实验验证,车辆制动效果良好,消除了安全隐患。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem of the braking system defects in the running process of the trackless rubbertired cart with WC5J explosionproof diesel engine which was used in coal mine driving, the main problem was that the braking reaction time was too long,and the braking delay time was 05~1 s. When emergency braking, the cart could not immediately slowed down, there was security risk. At the same time there was a problem that the driver’〖KG-*2〗s leg brake force was not proportional to the pedal angle. Through the analysis and improvement to the principle of the hydraulic braking system, after experimental verification, the cart braking effect is good and the security risks is eliminated.
