Abstract:The deviation of the LPL0703A type fully automatic polarizing plate pasting machine exceeds the enterprise standard of 0200 mm in the process of trial production. After analysis, the deviation was mainly from four aspects, such as the correction of the polarizing plate, the handling of the polarizing plate, the LCD correction and the polarizing plate pasting. In order to further explore the impact of the various aspects on the accuracy, to develop targeted optimization program, corresponding experiments were designed to test and analyze the size and the proportion of each link deviation. The experimental results show that the pasting deviation and handling deviation of the polarizing plate have a great influence on the overall accuracy of the fully automatic polarizing plate pasting machine, and the effect of the correction of the polarizing plate and LCD is very small. Thus, the pasting machine was optimized and the comprehensive deviation was controlled within 0200 mm. It meets enterprise requirements.
