    摘要:

    LPL0703A型全自动偏光片贴覆机在试生产过程中偏差超过0200 mm的企业标准。经过分析发现,偏差主要来源于偏光片校正、偏光片搬运、LCD校正及偏光片贴覆等4个环节。为进一步探究各个环节对贴覆精度的影响程度,以便有针对性地制订优化方案,设计了相应的实验分别测试和分析了各个环节偏差的大小和所占的比重。实验结果表明:偏光片贴覆偏差和搬运偏差对贴覆机的综合精度影响较大,而偏光片和LCD校正偏差的影响甚微。由此,对贴覆机进行了优化,其综合偏差控制到0200 mm以内,满足了企业的使用要求。

    Abstract:

    The deviation of the LPL0703A type fully automatic polarizing plate pasting machine exceeds the enterprise standard of 0200 mm in the process of trial production. After analysis, the deviation was mainly from four aspects, such as the correction of the polarizing plate, the handling of the polarizing plate, the LCD correction and the polarizing plate pasting. In order to further explore the impact of the various aspects on the accuracy, to develop targeted optimization program, corresponding experiments were designed to test and analyze the size and the proportion of each link deviation. The experimental results show that the pasting deviation and handling deviation of the polarizing plate have a great influence on the overall accuracy of the fully automatic polarizing plate pasting machine, and the effect of the correction of the polarizing plate and LCD is very small. Thus, the pasting machine was optimized and the comprehensive deviation was controlled within 0200 mm. It meets enterprise requirements.
