A model of air suspension Towbarless Towing Vehicle (TLTV) is proposed. The virtual prototype model of air suspension TLTV and Boeing 787-800 aircraft was set up based on Solidworks, and corresponding tire model and road model were added in ADAMS. The handing stability simulation was carried out for the TLTV based on ADAMS, to obtain the changing rule of wheel alignment parameters of air suspension and leaf spring suspension and to carry out the contrast analysis. The simulation results show the superiority of air suspension on the handing stability. The total root mean square of weighed of the aircraft wheel center of mass is gotten through the study of Towbarless Towing System ride comfort simulation. The values conform to the requirements of the standard, proved that air suspension TLTV meet the requirement of the towing harshness.
