    摘要:

    针对熔覆机器人的离线编程展开研究,介绍了利用Tecnomatix PS辅助机器人离线编程的方法。运用了CATIA的三维建模技术建立机器人模型,并模拟了熔覆机器人的工作环境,同时结合Tecnomatix PS的虚拟仿真技术实现了熔覆机器人的离线编程和仿真,最终得到离线程序。基于Tecnomatix PS的编程作为整体离线编程方法的一部分,通过验证,其输出结果能够满足后续编程步骤的需求。

    Abstract:

    About offline programming of cladding robot is researched, and the method of using Tecnomatix PS to aid the offline programming is introduced. The robot model was designed in CATIA three dimensional (3D) technique, and then the working condition was simulated in Tecnomatix PS. At the same time, the function of virtual simulation was united to make the offline programming and simulation possible, and finally to output teaching application. As a part of the whole offline programming,the output of Tecnomatix PS has been proved that it can meet the requirements of the next step of offline programming.
