    摘要:

    针对现有轴承故障诊断系统中有线信号采集存在布线困难、部署成本高、可维护性差和监测范围有限等问题,设计一种可实现轴承振动信号无线采集的模块。该模块采用压电式加速度传感器采集轴承振动信号,以STM32F103RET6为主控芯片,利用ADS8344和DAC8531进行AD/DA转换,通过蓝牙技术进行无线传输。最后使用DAQ数据采集卡以及以LabVIEW为开发平台的虚拟仪器,在线监测轴承的运行状况,为轴承故障诊断提供了一种新思路。

    Abstract:

    In view of the problem of wiring difficulties, the deployment of high cost, poor maintainability and limited monitoring scope existing in bearing fault diagnosis system for wiring signal acquisition at present, the wireless data acquisition module for bearing vibration signal is designed. The module adopting STM32F103RET6 as the main control chip was used of the piezoelectric acceleration sensor to collect the vibration signal of the bearing, the ADS8344 and DAC8531 were used for Analog to Digital/Digital to Analog(AD/DA), and then through Bluetooth technology,wireless transmission was realized. Finally, using the data acquisition(DAQ) card and the virtual instrument based on LabVIEW as the development platform, the operation condition of the bearing is monitored online, which provides a new idea for the bearing fault diagnosis.
