    摘要:

    割台是摘取玉米果穗的执行机构,升运器是输送玉米果穗的工作装置,它们都是玉米收获机核心工作部件,其工作性能的优劣直接影响整机的使用性能。考虑到割台和升运器的工作特点,同时充分发挥液压驱动系统的优势,设计和分析了两种玉米收获机割台和升运器的液压驱动系统,分别为阀控型液压系统和泵控型液压系统。在分析两种系统各自优缺点的基础上,得出泵控型液压系统为优选方案,为玉米收获机动力传动系统的设计提供理论基础。

    Abstract:

    The header is an actuator of picking corn from maize straw. The conveyor is a device of delivering corn. They are both important parts of a corn harvester and can affect the performance of the machine. In consideration of the working characteristics of the header and conveyor, and giving full play to the advantages of hydraulic drive system, two kinds of hydraulic system for driving header and conveyor of corn harvester were designed and analyzed. They were valve control system and pump control system. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems, the pump control hydraulic system was selected as the optimal scheme. The research provides theoretical basis for the design of power transmission system of the corn harvester.
