    摘要:

    水力振荡器用于解决井下摩阻过大所造成的钻进缓慢、卡钻等问题。在螺杆马达已定情况下,振荡器的性能主要取决于动、定阀孔尺寸,及动阀孔偏心距的选取。结构参数选择不合适,如振荡力过小,不能解决由于摩阻过大造成的问题,影响钻井速度,延缓钻井完成时间;如振荡力过大,则会影响其他井下工具正常工作,严重时会造成安全事故。利用Fluent滑移网格及UDF模拟阀组流道在实际工况下的运动状态,计算产生振荡力的压降,并结合试验数据验证了其正确性。为得到不同结构性能参数下的压降数值,对动、定阀孔尺寸及动阀孔偏心距进行正交试验设计,筛选出压降均值为2~45 MPa区间的结构参数组合。该研究结果对水力振荡器的设计有重要指导意义。

    Abstract:

    The hydraulic oscillator is used to solve the problems of slow drilling and stuck drilling caused by excessive friction undergound. In the case of the screw motor selected, the performance of the oscillator are mainly determined by the size of moving and fixed valve holes and the eccentricity distance of the moving valve hole. If the parameter is not appropriate, for example, the oscillation force is too small to solve the problem caused by excessive friction. It will affect the drilling speed and delay the completion time of drilling. If the oscillation force is so large,it will affect the normal work of other downhole tools,or even cause serious safety accidents. Fluent grid and UDF were used to simulate the motion state of the valve under actual working condition, and calculate the pressure drop. The correctness was verified by experimental data. In order to obtain the pressure drop under different parameters of structure performance, the size of moving and fixed valve holes and the eccentricity distance of the moving valve hole were disigned by orthogonal test.According to the requirement,the combination of structural parameters can be selected with the mean pressure drop between 2~45 MPa. The research results have important guiding significance for the design of hydraulic oscillators.
