    摘要:

    针对企业对大型转盘轴承的高效、高精加工要求,通过自主创新的途径,开展大型转盘轴承加工用组合机床的研究。重点攻克机床的总体结构设计、高速高精数控工艺技术及自动化加工数控程序、高速切削热传递及温度场控制、高速切削刀具等关键技术难题,开发一种大型转盘轴承加工用高精高速数控组合机床,为轴承零件的干式切削加工提供了快速生产手段,使加工效率大幅提升。该机床运用绿色节能设计理念,采取基于摄像头、加速度计检测技术的机床传动节能装置和智能化的能源管理系统以及最新的驱动和电机技术,可减少多达40%的能源消耗。

    Abstract:

    In view of the high efficiency and high precision machining of large scale slewing bearing,through the way of independent innovation,the combined machine tool for processing large scale slewing bearing was researched .Focus on the capture of the overall structure of the machine tool design,high speed and high precision numerical control process technology and automatic process control program,high speed cutting heat transfer and temperature field control,high speed cutting tools and other key technical problems,a high precision and high speed CNC modular machine tool for processing large slewing bearing was developed,which could provide a means for the rapid production of dry cutting of bearing parts,and the machining efficiency was greatly improved.By using green energysaving design concept,based on camera,accelerometer detection technology of machine tool transmission energy saving device,intelligent energy management system and the latest drive and motor technology,the machine can reduce energy consumption up to 40%.
