      拖拉机在农业生产中的作用越来越重要,为了提高拖拉机作业机组的作业质量,对拖拉机悬挂机构工作原理进行了分析,在SimulationX中建立了悬挂机构机械杆件和液压系统的仿真模型,并基于pid控制策略进行了悬挂系统的自动位置控制仿真,通过仿真分析,结果验证了所建模型是正确的,所设计的拖拉机悬挂犁耕机组自动位置控制系统具有较好的响应特性,为拖拉机电控液压悬挂机构的设计与研究提供了一种新的方法。
英文摘要:
      The importance of tractors in agricultural production is becoming more and more obvious. In order to improve the cultivation quality of tractor hitch system, the working principle of tractor hitch mechanism is analyst. A simulation model of mechanical and hydraulic system of hitch mechanism was established in SimulationX. The automatic position control simulation of the hitch system was carried out based on the proportion integral derivative (PID) control strategy. Through the simulation and analysis, the results verify that the model is correct, the automatic position control system of tractor hitch system has good response characteristics, which provide a new method for the design and research of the tractor electronic hydraulic hitch system.
