    摘要:

    目前我国对于工业型大尺寸3D打印机的开发研究还处于研发初期,还无法满足市场对于大型尺寸工业型3D打印机的大量需求。为了实现产品大尺寸设计、快速一体成型的目标,解决常规尺寸机型打印空间有限、成型速度慢、打印结构单一等问题,设计出一种工业双横梁分区域3D打印机。介绍了其结构组成以及工作原理;利用ANSYS仿真软件对系统建立仿真模型,得到双横梁结构和喷头结构的应力分析,验证了设计方案的可行性。从而实现双横梁运动的可能性,完成大尺寸分区域多材料快速打印。

    Abstract:

    At present, the development and research of the large size Three Dimensional (3D) industrial printer is still in the initial stage in China, which is still unable to meet the markets requirements. In order to make the large size production design and quickly integrated manufacturing come true, the industrial 3D printer device with working crossbeams for working in two areas is designed in order to solve defects of common 3D printers as space limitation, molding slowly and printing structures singlely. Structure composition and working principle were introduced. By using ANSYS simulation software to establish the simulation model, the stress and modal analysis of the structure of working crossbeams and the nozzle were obtained, which verify the feasibility of the design scheme. Consequently, the possibility that the working crossbeams can be turned over is achieved and the device can achieve large size and more materials subregional printing.
