    摘要:

    绝缘子水冲洗车是接触网重要的维护设备,载体前进中位置和姿态变化对跟踪冲洗效果产生干扰。对于位置变化,使用卡尔曼滤波法对载体位置进行预测;对于姿态变化,使用IMU测量与解算姿态变化,计算对冲洗炮管的影响及补偿量;将载体位置滤波后的值与姿态补偿量融合后,用此结果对冲洗装置偏航角与仰俯角的控制可实现位姿干扰隔离。使用MATLAB验证滤波过程与姿态隔离补偿,表明该补偿方法具有良好的收敛性和较高的精度,可以应用于自动水冲洗车。

    Abstract:

    Automatic water-washing vehicle is an important maintenance equipment for contact line insulator, the change of pose and position in forward moving of the vehicle (carrier) interferes with the trackingwashing effect. For the change of position, Kalman filter was used to predict the position of the carrier; for the change of pose, IMU was used to measure and calculate pose change, calculating the influence on the flushing tube and its compensation. The value of the filtered position of the carrier was fused with the compensation of pose, the change of the position and pose could be balanced out by the control of the yaw angle and pitch angle of the washing device. The filtering process and isolation & compensation for position and pose are verified in MATLAB, which has good convergence and high precision and can be applied to the automatic waterwashing vehicle.
