    摘要:

    为解决某火箭炮在调炮过程中,液压系统故障诊断样本较少、故障知识获取较难等问题,以某火箭炮高低随动液压系统为研究对象,利用ADAMS与EASY5软件建立其虚拟样机模型,并通过高低调炮过程的仿真结果与实测数据对比,完成模型准确度校核。在此基础上,分析液压故障原理,通过修改模型参数或等效建模,完成液压泵泄漏、油液夹带空气以及过滤器堵塞等故障的注入,并仿真计算了不同故障情况对系统性能的影响,仿真结果符合理论分析。因此可以通过故障仿真获取故障知识和样本,为液压系统故障诊断提供参考,对装备的维修保障具有指导意义。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that the fault diagnosis of a rocket launcher hydraulic system was less and the fault knowledge was difficult to get, the rocket launcher hydraulic system was used as the research object,ADAMS and EASY5 software were used to build the virtual prototype model, the accuracy of the model was checked by comparing the simulation results and testing results. On the basis, the principle of hydraulic failure was analyzed, and the failure modes of hydraulic pump leakage, oil entrained air and filter clogging were completed by modifying the model parameters or equivalent modeling. The effects of different fault conditions on the performance of the system were calculated. The simulation results are in agreement with the theoretical analysis. The results show that fault knowledge and samples can be obtained through fault simulation, which can provide reference for hydraulic system fault diagnosis and have guiding significance for maintenance of the equipment.
