    摘要:

    建立剪叉起升机构的运动模型和力学模型,分析清障装置的运动情况及起升过程中剪叉臂主要受力点和液压缸推力与剪叉臂起升角度的关系。为使剪式清障装置中液压缸在起升过程中最大推力尽可能减小,以液压缸的最大推力为优化目标,以液压缸底座位置、液压缸柱塞拐臂长度及柱塞拐臂与剪叉臂的夹角为设计变量,运用ADAMS进行优化。优化后最大推力减小了191%,验证了优化的有效性,为清障装置的设计提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The movement model and mechanics model of the lifting mechanism were established,to analyze the movement and force of scissors wrecker device.In order to decrease the maximum thrust as much as possible in the lifting process of the hydraulic cylinder,taking the biggest thrust of hydraulic cylinder as the optimization goal, taking the hydraulic cylinder base location,length of plunger turn arm and the angle of plunger turn arm and scissors arm as the design variables,ADAMS was used to make optimization.The optimization results show that the biggest thrust of the hydraulic cylinder decreases 191%,which verifies the validity of the optimization and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the scissors wrecker device.
