Abstract:Polymers have great impact in the field of industrial and agricultural production and scientific research.The research of flowinduced polymer crystallization under pressure field is not only important for the theory of polymer physics,but also has a guiding effect on the actual processing.In order to study the properties of the polymer after experiencing different physical environment,a special experimental device was designed to provide an experimental environment for the research.The device includes temperature control,pressure control,shear rate control,mold state control.Hydraulic cylinder’s movement is to ensure that the mold filled with polymer materials can close the mold and split the mold,fuzzy PID algorithm is used to control the temperature and pressure and afford the exact value for the experiment,the hydraulic motor drives the shear bar to generate a flow field,and the encoder detects the speed to realize speed closedloop control.It’s shown that the temperature,pressure,shear speed control of the equipment are accurate,stable and reliable,of high automation.
