    摘要:

    在满足水阀通断功能的前提下,优化设计水阀通断开关的电磁线圈,尽量使铜线匝数最少,且电磁线圈的电磁吸力能够满足要求。建立了水阀通断开关电磁线圈的吸力模型和线圈温升模型,根据分析结果对电磁阀结构及线圈匝数进行了优化设计,确定了优化后的线圈匝数,为了能够形象地看出改进后电磁线圈电磁场的变化规律,利用电磁场分析软件ANSOFT Maxwell对通断电磁开关电磁场进行了仿真分析,结果表明:改进后的电磁阀不仅能够节省铜线,而且水阀通断开关电磁阀的电磁吸力、温升等参数仍能满足工作要求。

    Abstract:

    Under the premise of satisfying the function of the water valve, the solenoid coil of the onoff valve is optimally designed to minimize the number of turns, and the electromagnetic force of the electromagnetic coil can meet the requirements. The suction coil model and temperature rise model of the water valve were established. The water valve onoff switch of the electromagnetic coil, according to the analysis results, the valve structure and the coil turns were optimally designed to determine the number of turns of the coil. In order to be able to see the image of electromagnetic coil electromagnetic field changes after the improvement, ANSOFT Maxwell analysis software simulation analysis of electromagnetic onoff switch of electromagnetic field was carried out by electromagnetic field. The results show that the improved not only can save the copper wire, but also the water valve, electromagnetic suction, temperature rise and other switch electromagnetic valve parameters can meet the job requirements.
