    摘要:

    针对某航空发动机地面试车台液压加载系统的老化现状,进行了试车台液压加载系统的优化设计,通过对比分析采用了适当的加载泵调节方式,开发了基于组态软件和VB.NET的液压加载测控系统。通过对人机界面中发动机型号的选择,调用模块化子程序,对液压加载系统进行实时监控,满足不同型号发动机的机载液压泵加载需求。试验结果表明:该系统具有较高的稳定性和可靠性,以及良好的工程应用价值。

    Abstract:

    According to the situation of the aging hydraulic loading system for a certain aeroengine test bed,the optimum design for the hydraulic loading system of the test bed was carried out.By means of comparative analysis,the appropriate adjustment method was chosen for the hydraulic pump.A hydraulic loading and control system were developed based on configuration software and VB.NET.By selecting the type of aeroengine from the HMI,the modularization subroutines were called to monitor the data of the system in realtime,and the certain demand of hydraulic loading for different types of aeroengine hydraulic pump was achieved.The test results show that the system has high stability and reliability,and good engineering application value.
