    摘要:

    提出一种全新的机床主传动冷却方式,特别适用于卧式铣镗床。采用小型液压泵站,结合风冷散热装置对机床主传动系统进行循环冷却。经过严格设计与计算,选择适合的冷却装置,合理安排主传动系统冷却装置的布局,在机床要求的环境温度下,满足主传动系统散热要求,使设备能够连续稳定运行。该冷却方式结构紧凑、清洁环保,提高了换热效率、使用寿命及主轴的切削精度。

    Abstract:

    A new cooling method for the main drive system of machine tool was present, especially for horizontal milling and boring machine.The machine main drive system was circulating cooled by a small hydraulic pump station, combined with aircooled cooling device. With rigorous design and calculation, the appropriate cooling device was chosen and the cooling system layout was reasonable arranged. Under the ambient temperature required by the machine,the main drive system cooling requirement was met, so the equipment could be stable operated. The cooling structure is compacted, clean and environmentally, improving the heat transfer efficiency, service life and spindle cutting accuracy.
