    摘要:

    柱塞式流体泵因具有工作压力高的优点,广泛应用在流体输送、压力清洗和动力传递等领域。对用于流体输送的柱塞泵而言,流体介质中的杂质会加剧柱塞副的磨损和密封失效,大大降低泵的工作寿命。提出一种利用气体隔离的新型柱塞副密封形式,通过压力气膜分隔液体介质和密封圈,防止杂质(腐蚀性液体)进入摩擦副,提高柱塞副寿命的同时避免液体介质外泄。利用FLUENT软件仿真计算了新密封技术的密封流场参数,分析了在加压排液和降压吸液两个过程中的流场特性,初步验证了密封原理的可行性。

    Abstract:

    The plunger type fluid pump has the advantage of high work pressure, it is widely used in the field of fluid transportation, pressure cleaning and power transmission.However,for the piston pump that used in fluid transfer, the impurities in fluid medium will aggravate the plunger pair wear and seal failure, and greatly reduces the working life of the pump. A plunger sealing form based on gas isolation was proposed.The liquid medium and sealing ring were separated by a pressurized gas film, in order to prevent the impurities(corrosive liquids) from entering the friction.By using the gas isolation,not only the life of piston pair was improved,but also leakage of liquid medium was avoided.FLUENT software was used to calculate the seal flow field parameters of new sealing technology.The flow field performance of the two processes that the liquid was discharged and absorbed by increasing the pressure and reducing the pressure was analyzed. The sealing principle was validated to be feasible.
