      关节轴承具有其他类型轴承无法替代的作用,广泛应用于航空、航天等领域。但是在加工自润滑关节轴承零部件时,已加工表面会有残余应力存在,而残余应力又是影响关节轴承使用寿命和使用性能的关键因素。因此,研究残余应力对关节轴承性能的影响很有必要。在分析关节轴承切削加工前后摩擦力矩变化的基础上,对关节轴承残余应力的产生原因进行分析,并对关节轴承残余应力进行试验。测试结果表明:关节轴承在加工过程中会产生残余应力和变形,影响关节轴承的一致性和稳定性。
英文摘要:
      Spherical plain bearing has several advantages than other type bearings, and widely used in aviation, aerospace and so on. However, it will produce residual stress on the processed surface when cutting spherical plain bearing parts. Therefore, it is necessary to study on the performance for spherical plain bearing effected by residual stress in cutting. The reason of producing residual stress in spherical plain bearing was analyzed based on the analysis of the friction torque before and after cutting, and the residual stress in spherical plain bearing was tested. The results show that residual stress and deformation are produced in the cutting process of the spherical plain bearing,which affect the consistency and stability of the spherical plain bearing.
